A while ago we invited previous purchasers to review Wai Cards via the website survey monkey. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the customers who took the time to offer their valuable feedback, for their honesty and their guidance which offered useful insight into how and where the cards were being used. We would like to share the findings and some of the reviews on this page.
We found that the cards were used most often as a work related tool with 100% of respondents purchasing a pack of wai cards for work. Most often, we found that the cards were being purchased as a Psychotherapeutic/Counselling/Life Coaching tool with ninety percent of respondents purchasing a pack for their work in the field. However, ten percent of respondents had purchased the cards for educational work environments and this trend appears to be growing in popularity. We are increasingly receiving positive feedback from educational specialists who have found the cards useful in their field.
When asked how well do the cards meet your needs? The results were positive with over eighty percent of respondents stating that the cards met their needs very well or extremely well within the working context.
We asked specific questions about the cards themselves were being used. The system of Wai Emotion Cards comprises a mixture of text cards, colour cards and image cards designed to appeal to a range of learning styles. We were interested to find out whether people were using prodominently image cards only, text cards only, colour cards only, or, were they as we originally intended using the system as an whole unit being guided by their clients individual learning style? To our delight we found that over seventy percent of respondents were using all cards as a unit within their working environments. We felt that this result added value to our emotion card system design as a unit, the aim of the cards was always to be person centred and led by the individual.
When asked how frequently during the past three month period the respondents had used their pack of wai emotion cards within their work, all respondents had used the cards at least once. Thirty percent of respondents had used the cards between ten and twenty times within their work. Good news for us then, we know they are valued and used in the workplace.
Lastly we asked a few questions about value for money and recommendations, we were pleased to see that over one hundred percent of respondents felt that the cards were of average price, so not too expensive. We are were also thrilled to note that when asked whether they were recommend Wai Emotion Cards to another individual all respondents (one hundred percent) stated that they were recommend Wai Emotion Cards to a colleague or friend we could not have asked for more than that.
I hope that you have enjoyed reading the customer experience feedback on the cards, I now have pleasure in sharing some of the personal customer feedback we have received:
As a therapist I have used the cards with several client groups in a number of different ways, being led by the client.
Used in counselling, I also work with stones. I use them when appropriate and I use them for myself, there's only one which I personally can't relate to anything and I think the cards are a really useful tool.
I have found them to be really helpful when I have used them and I will be using them again definitely.
The art work really appeals or repels and is so useful in approaching feelings.
I have found the cards particularly useful when clients do not have the language to express the depth of the emotion they are feeling. I find they are beneficial for the client to feel safe enough to express themselves from a distance before feeling comfortable to integrate the feelings at a felt sense level.
A useful tool, allowing young people to explain how they feel visually. An aid to effective communication.
